SHIPPING, PICKUP & DELIVERY

You are purchasing an original, handmade product. All items by Memory Bears by Kayla are handmade by me. Please allow 2-4 weeks (wait times may vary depending on order volumes) for your order to be completed once clothing/materials have been exchanged. If for some reason you need your order faster, please contact memorybearsbykayla@hotmail.com or on Facebook to see if I can complete the order in time. If you are unable to make it to a scheduled pickup or drop off please let me know 1 hour prior to or a fee of $10.00 will be added to your order.

NO RETURNS

Due to the unique and personal nature of your item, returns are not accepted.  If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the product you've received please contact me right away via email and we'll work something out.
